We do. It is our capital on your wall. That is why refresh, spares and repairs are our problem inside the fee, not a change order.
No. Only management traffic reaches the controller: configuration, health and statistics. Production data never leaves your network, and an on-premises controller option exists for stricter policies.
Renew and the hardware refreshes at no cost. Leave and we remove our equipment and hand over cabling documentation. The structural cabling is yours either way, you paid for it once.
No. The most common start is the wireless and access layer only, leaving your existing core and firewall in place. Full takeover can come at your next refresh, or never.
Defined in the service agreement and measured, not promised: monitoring is continuous, response times are contractual, and the optional performance guarantee adds automatic service credits when coverage, availability or capacity miss the agreed thresholds.
Staged. Cabling and mounting happen around production hours, the new network is built and tested alongside the old one, and cutover happens only after the commissioning test passes. The old equipment stays in place until then.
